“ When I tell you amazing service from the time we pulled up to the time we walked out. The restaurant is beautiful, they have an outside and inside seating option. We were greeted by the manager who was excellent, broke everything down on the menu, gave us some complimentary appetizers for the table. It was a vibe they had DJ, mix of music playing throughout the night. Drinks were flowing, appetizers and entrees were on point. Dessert was a cute show. 10/10 high recommend you check this place out if you are on vacation in Cancun. ”

“ We felt Brass is the best restaurant in the resort. The food is excellent and the service is fantastic too. We often got the tenderloin and the flank steak, both were consistently well cooked and full of flavour. The corn soup is also delicious. It's not quite as good as it used to be, but still very nice. The breads they give you are also really tasty. Our favourite was the little cheese twist, very moreish! Andres in Brass is a credit to the company, he is so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. He remembered us from our previous visits, and came over to talk to us and make us feel so welcome, despite not being our designated server. If all the staff were like him, the hotel really would be first class. Definitely make sure you come along here when visiting! ”

He was very fun and easy to talk to and was focused on providing the best service. We kept coming back not only for the amazing food but just to come see Andres. He went above and beyond during our trip and I hope he gets a much deserved promotion cause he absolutely earned it. ”
